StoryVoice

We got tired of chasing customers for their story.

Here's what used to happen every time we needed a case study.

We'd find a happy customer. Send them an email. Something like: “Hey, would you mind sharing your experience so we can write up a quick case study?”

Then we'd wait. Follow up a week later. Follow up again. Maybe they'd say yes — then we'd try to schedule a 45-minute call that takes three weeks to book because everyone's calendar is packed. If the call happened, we'd record it, hand it off to a writer, wait for a draft, go through two rounds of edits, get the customer to approve it, and finally publish.

Six weeks. Sometimes more. For one case study.

The thing is — our customers loved our product. They weren't ignoring us because they didn't care. They were ignoring us because writing feels like work. Opening a blank Google Doc and typing out a polished testimonial? Nobody wants to do that on a Tuesday afternoon.

But here's what we noticed: those same customers would happily talk about their experience for 5 minutes if you just asked. On a call, in a meeting, at a conference — they'd light up. The stories were there. Getting them down in writing was the bottleneck.

That was the insight: the problem isn't that customers don't want to share their story. It's that we keep asking them to write it down.

So we built StoryVoice. The idea is simple. You send your customer a link. They open it when they have 5 minutes — no scheduling, no app to download. An AI interviewer guides them through a short conversation: what was the situation before, what changed, what results did they see. It asks smart follow-ups to pull out specific numbers — the kind of metrics that make case studies credible.

When they're done talking, the AI writes a full case study. Not a paragraph. Not bullet points. A proper 800+ word piece with a headline, company intro, challenge, solution, results section, metric cards, and a closing quote — the same structure you see on HubSpot, Stripe, or Salesforce customer pages.

You review it, tweak whatever you want, and publish.

What used to take 6 weeks now takes an afternoon.

What we believe

Every B2B company has customers with incredible stories. Most of those stories never get told — not because the outcomes aren't impressive, but because the process of capturing them is broken. It relies on the customer doing work they don't have time for.

We believe voice is the unlock. People will always find it easier to talk than to write. And AI is now good enough to take that conversation and turn it into something genuinely publishable.

StoryVoice exists so that every marketing team — not just the ones with dedicated content agencies — can build a library of customer success stories that actually help close deals.

Where we are today

We're a small team, early stage, and moving fast. The product is live. Real customers are running real interviews and getting real case studies.

We launched with a lifetime deal because we want our earliest users to get the best price and help shape what we build next. If that sounds interesting, we'd love for you to try it.
